Revocation Clause

Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (C. Gniadek, Kaiserstr. 51, 38100 Braunschweig, Click to disclose Email address ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, contact form, email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory, for this purpose.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or expiration reasons

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
