The distributor is responsible for ensuring that only VOC-compliant products are sold for vehicle painting and also for ensuring that the products that can only be sold to a limited extent are used exclusively for the specified purposes. By purchasing from Roller-aus-Blech, the buyer confirms that they are familiar with the legal requirements of the ChemVOCFarbV and have been adequately informed by Roller-aus-Blech about it. They confirm that they will use products that do not meet the respective VOC limits exclusively for the legally prescribed exceptional cases. The responsibility for use within these guidelines is transferred to the buyer for products purchased from Roller-aus-Blech.
