Please note: When using a Vespa PK 50 XL2 clutch, some material may need to be ground or turned down because the primary gear is equipped with spring pockets and shock absorbers.
Up to a certain engine power, a primary gear without shock absorbers can be installed. With increasing power and a longer primary gear ratio, shock absorbers are used to protect the gearbox from tooth loss.
The spring pockets take up slightly more space, which may cause the clutch to not disengage cleanly. If this occurs, some material on the primary gear may need to be ground or turned down.
