Affordable 75ccm Tuning Cylinder for Vespa PK 50 and V50.
The use of a 75cc cylinder is advisable if you want your Vespa to run a bit faster without major modifications.
Thanks to the increased displacement, the engine generates higher torque in the lower RPM range, resulting in better acceleration from the start.
Additionally, due to the larger displacement and the altered port layout, this tuning cylinder delivers more power at higher RPMs, which can translate into a higher top speed.
A higher-quality alternative to this cylinder kit is the DR 75 Formula.
Compatibility
The RMS 75cc cylinder kit is compatible with the following Vespa models:
- V50 / V50 Special
- PK 50 / PK 50 S
- PK 50 XL / PK 50 XL2
Approval
This cylinder kit is designed for racing purposes and may only be used on public roads in compliance with the German StVZO if it is officially approved by a recognized testing authority, and the owner holds the appropriate driver's license.
Installation Notes
Before installation, the cylinder's bore should be deburred with a small file to ensure longer service life. The surfaces should be lightly coated with two-stroke oil prior to assembly to ensure proper lubrication from the start.
