Note on Ball Bearings

Even the ECO package consists of brand ball bearings. Sometimes SKF, FAG, or INA ball bearings may also be included, depending on the availability of the packages. The key is the gentle installation. NU204

The lima-side crankshaft bearing NU204 makes sense when the lima half (more frequently) needs to be removed. Otherwise, the normal bearing will repeatedly be driven out of its seat and reinserted. This split NU204 bearing concept corresponds to what Piaggio has implemented in the PX. There, only this type of separate ball bearing is available.

The basic engine overhaul kit is suitable for the following Vespa scooters:

  • V50 / PV
  • PK 50-125 S-XL2

The shift fork seal, which is externally replaceable on the XL2, is not included in the delivery.
