102cc cylinder by DR for Vespa PK 50 and V50 with excellent price/performance ratio.
The cylinder kit performs very well even in unmodified engines. Only the fuel supply should be at least an SHB 16.15 carburetor.
With original timing, the DR 102 cylinder kit noticeably benefits from fuel supply through a 19.19 carburetor.
Our recommendation for gearing for predominantly city riding is the 3.72 primary gear.
To effectively utilize the power of the DR 102 on the road, we recommend a longer 3.00 primary gear.
The DR 102 is approved for racing purposes only. It does not have approval under the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO).
Tip: Before installation, lightly deburr the cylinder's channels with a small file and lubricate the running surfaces with some two-stroke oil.
