The discs, like the original ones, have milled recesses between the friction zones and offer good friction characteristics with good separability.
We recommend soaking the clutch linings in SAE-30 Vespa gearbox oil for several hours. This protects the clutch linings from heat and burning during the initial operation, which can occur with dry running, until a sufficient amount of gearbox oil has been transported from the gearbox to the clutch.
